Leads enterprise systems analysis and solution design for digital commerce platforms, customer portals, integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled capabilities. Translates business requirements into scalable configurations, leads workshops and impact assessments, supports testing and implementation, resolves complex system issues, and advises stakeholders on technical trade-offs. The role also drives automation, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement across Azure, Dynamics 365, middleware, and related enterprise technologies.

Leads the project management function within the Transformation Office, managing Project Managers and overseeing complex cross-functional initiatives. Establishes project governance, standards, tools, reporting, financial controls, risk management, and delivery practices. Partners with business, technology, vendors, and executives to ensure projects are planned, resourced, and delivered successfully. Coaches project management talent, supports change and stabilization, manages vendor performance, and drives continuous improvement.

Support and improve the enterprise data governance program by establishing policies, standards, controls, stewardship practices, metadata, data quality requirements, and governance metrics. Administer Microsoft Purview, including data cataloging, lineage, classification, and business glossary capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders on compliance, risk, audits, information security, training, and remediation while promoting effective and compliant use of organizational data.
