Supports accounting operations across international jurisdictions, including invoice and expense processing, payment application, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end activities, financial summaries, tax and VAT payments, and audit support. The role also contributes to finance projects and process improvements while developing expertise in global accounting and financial reporting.

Own a diverse client portfolio and prepare, review, and deliver financial statements, management accounts, VAT returns, reconciliations, and reporting. Partner with clients, auditors, and internal teams while ensuring IFRS-compliant accuracy and quality. Review colleagues’ work, provide technical accounting guidance, coach junior staff, maintain documentation, and contribute to budgeting and process-improvement initiatives across jurisdictions.

Supports capital markets clients and securitisation structures throughout the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, entity establishment, due diligence, corporate administration, governance coordination, statutory filings, record maintenance, issuance and redemption support, billing, and stakeholder relationship management. The role works with clients, advisers, banks, regulators, notaries, and internal teams while preparing board materials, meeting minutes, and corporate documentation.
