Plan and lead the county Assessor's Office to identify, map, appraise, and assess all real property per state law. Manage staff and budgets, perform mass and individual property appraisals and inspections, administer appeals, maintain assessment databases, provide SQL Server and GIS (ArcGIS Pro) support, and serve as Chief Damage Assessment Officer.

Under supervision, responds to emergencies, performs firefighting and rescue tasks, provides emergency medical assistance, maintains equipment, and educates the public on fire prevention.

Coordinate with solicitors and law enforcement to manage criminal cases: gather evidence and records, serve subpoenas, interview witnesses and victims, liaise with forensic labs and SLED, prepare cases for court, conduct follow-ups, and travel as needed to collect evidence or meet inmates.
