Define product strategy, roadmaps, and pricing; translate researcher needs into semantic search and NLU features; partner with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and user groups to launch and iterate products; oversee cross-functional workgroups, market analysis, and go-to-market activities to drive value for member libraries.

Design, implement, test, and maintain complex backend systems. Own end-to-end features, modernize legacy code incrementally, integrate batch workflows, work primarily in Java with Python/Bash scripting, perform production debugging, participate in design/code reviews, mentor peers, and uphold security, data governance, and quality standards.
