Serve as the primary Workday HRIS gatekeeper for master data management, administering Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Learning and Payroll modules. Maintain data integrity through audits, reporting, testing, upgrades, user support, training, and cross-team collaboration to align HR systems with business goals.

Manage bibliographic and holdings data lifecycle: ingest, normalize, enrich, match, and troubleshoot data quality issues. Support automated pipelines, use Power BI for monitoring, apply AI-assisted tools for record matching, document workflows, and coordinate with vendors while learning scripting and cloud data concepts under regular supervision.

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, contribute to design discussions and code reviews, implement new features, optimize performance and scalability, and integrate AI tools and frameworks into the development process.
