Requires continuous walking, flexible 24/7 availability, disaster-response participation, and professional interaction with patients and visitors.

Greets patients and guests, schedules appointments, completes registration and admissions, verifies demographic and insurance information, explains financial responsibility, collects copays and deductibles, balances cash drawers, and maintains patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong customer service, clerical, communication, computer, and problem-solving skills in a healthcare setting.

Provides direct nursing care in a cardiology clinic using the nursing process. Assesses patients, develops and implements care and education plans, coordinates interdisciplinary care, delegates to team members, evaluates outcomes, supports quality improvement, and maintains compliance with applicable standards. Requires an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license, and current American Heart Association BLS certification. Specialty certification and a nursing bachelor's degree are preferred.
