Drive and maintain 100% assisted living and memory care occupancy through lead follow-up, telemarketing, tours, database management, paperwork processing, and coordination with the Director of Sales and Marketing. Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, schedule tours, update REPS, and support marketing efforts.

Overnight Certified Residential Medication Aide providing direct resident care and ADL assistance per care plans; administering and documenting medications per regulations; monitoring and reporting resident conditions; promoting life-enrichment participation; completing shift assignments and communicating status at handoff; following policies, safety protocols, and charge nurse direction. Scheduled full-time overnight shifts Saturday, Sunday, Monday (7:00 pm–7:30 am).
