Designs and implements AI-powered workflows across business functions, integrating AI tools with existing systems and operational platforms. The role audits processes, develops AI adoption roadmaps, trains teams, creates documentation and playbooks, troubleshoots solutions, and measures workflow impact. It requires cross-functional collaboration, systems thinking, hands-on implementation, change enablement, and the ability to explain AI concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage Google Ads across multiple properties, building campaign structures, researching keywords, optimizing bids and budgets, and improving ROAS. Audit and enhance GA4 and Google Tag Manager conversion tracking, ensure accurate revenue attribution, and build standardized performance reporting. Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations while supporting Meta campaigns, SEO audits, local search, and emerging AI-search initiatives as needed.

Own day-to-day Shopify and DTC e-commerce operations, including product and subscription configuration, discounts, CRO experimentation, analytics, QA, and issue resolution. Coordinate developers, agencies, vendors, fulfillment, customer service, and internal teams. Establish repeatable processes, documentation, reporting, and quality controls that improve customer experience, operational accuracy, and business performance.
