Oceaneering Benefits Overview

Manage regional and customer accounts across offshore energy, renewables, and government sectors. Build relationships, identify sales opportunities, present engineered solutions, support proposals and bids, develop pricing and competitive strategies, and generate profitable revenue. Maintain CRM records, provide sales updates, share market intelligence, and represent the company at conferences. The role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel throughout APAC, including overnight stays.

Maintain EVM and schedule data, support baseline planning and change control, collect/validate actuals and earned value, produce program reports (IPMDAR/IPMR), perform variance analysis, integrate subcontractor data, support compliance with EIA-748/DCMA, and assist CAMs with forecasting, IBRs, and auditable documentation for regulated programs.

Leads engineering teams supporting offshore installation vessel projects, including rigid and flexible pipeline installation, subsea equipment, structures, diving, remediation, and inspection work. Oversees structural and mechanical design, analyses, procedures, specifications, calculations, testing, technical documentation, risk reviews, and client interfaces. Coordinates engineering schedules and deliverables, approves designs and technical reports, and provides offshore and subcontractor oversight. The hybrid Houston-based role requires up to 20% offshore travel.
