Plans and delivers multiple mechanical integrity projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and HSSE requirements. Manages project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, procurement, invoicing, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Serves as the primary customer interface and coordinates cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Supports audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Administer training, competency assurance, and onboarding programs; monitor employee compliance; maintain training records; generate reports and metrics; coordinate schedules and third-party providers; support workforce development, audits, and process improvement; and ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and HSEQ standards.

Process and maintain accurate accounts payable transactions, including invoice scanning, validation, workflow updates, accrual reporting, query follow-up, productivity tracking, and responding to finance-related inquiries. The role requires a commerce degree, basic accounting knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, communication skills, and teamwork.
