Supports information and records management by administering SharePoint systems, maintaining document libraries and workflows, tracking record lifecycles, enforcing retention requirements, and assisting with legal holds and controlled-document processes. The role provides internal customer support, coordinates with Legal, Compliance, and IT, implements system configuration changes, and drives process automation and continuous improvement using Power Automate and Power Apps.

Leads end-to-end subsea umbilical product projects, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, testing, planning, sales, customers, and other stakeholders. Develops budgets and schedules, manages project delivery within scope, quality, timeline, and budget, reviews costs and status, handles customer communications and change orders, interprets contracts and requirements, identifies risks, and drives issue resolution while following safety, quality, and environmental systems.

Coordinates onshore preparation, maintenance, repair, inventory, certification, and readiness reporting for offshore energy equipment, including ROVs, subsea tooling, RWOCS/IWOCS systems, and deepwater installation equipment. Assigns technicians, supports subcontractor supervision, verifies compliance with maintenance and regulatory standards, and promotes HSE requirements in demanding indoor, outdoor, and near-water environments.
