Leads full-cycle recruitment and broader HR operations for a remote game studio. Responsibilities include workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, ATS workflows, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, leave management, benefits, offboarding, employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance. The role also supports engagement, inclusion, psychological safety, retention, culture initiatives, salary benchmarking, HR analytics, and manager coaching across a distributed European team.

Lead the UX/UI vision and design system for a PC and console arena shooter. Design and prototype player interfaces across HUDs, menus, progression, stores, social features, and onboarding; implement UI in Unreal Engine; use playtest feedback, analytics, and A/B testing to improve usability; and establish QA and accessibility standards. Mentor junior designers and freelancers, coordinate work with production and cross-functional teams, and maintain UX/UI documentation and workflows.

Lead the artistic vision and end-to-end art production for a multiplayer PvPvE shooter. Direct art teams across characters, environments, animation, modeling, rigging, texturing, shaders, concept art, and UI/UX. Build Unreal Engine art pipelines, maintain a cohesive visual identity, resolve technical challenges, manage milestones, and support live-service content through release and post-launch updates.
