Teams at Ocean House Collection

Cleans and sanitizes dishes, glassware, cookware, kitchen equipment, coolers, receiving areas, breakrooms, floors, and garbage areas. Stocks supplies, removes waste, transfers materials, and maintains orderly culinary workspaces while following luxury hospitality, sustainability, safety, confidentiality, and service standards. Works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.

Performs hotel facility and equipment maintenance, responds to guest engineering issues, conducts preventive maintenance, evaluates repair needs, completes repairs, and maintains required logs and certifications. The role requires basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry knowledge, strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, teamwork, confidentiality, and flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Supports HR operations across three luxury hospitality properties, including HRIS administration, benefits enrollment, employee housing, unemployment claims, workers’ compensation, compliance audits, safety initiatives, and performance review coordination. The role partners with employees, managers, leadership, benefits providers, insurers, and housing teams while maintaining records, resolving HRIS issues, supporting employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
