Ocean Health Initiatives (OHI) is a New Jersey federally qualified community health center serving Ocean and Monmouth counties. It provides accessible, affordable primary and preventive family healthcare regardless of patients’ ability to pay, through multiple health centers and school-based wellness programs. Its services span family and internal medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, behavioral health, dental care, pharmacy, podiatry, cardiology, and chronic-disease support, alongside mobile medical services and patient education.
