Marketing Intern supporting seasonal initiatives, venue launches, Ocean Rewards, and onsite and offsite events. The role provides exposure to direct marketing, special events, loyalty, advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations. Responsibilities include special projects, cross-functional collaboration, customer-facing brand ambassador duties, and operational support. Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ideally experience with social media, copywriting, photography, videography, design, Adobe Creative Suite, or website content management systems.

Administers employee discipline policies, reviews disciplinary actions and terminations, advises managers on performance and behavioral issues, conducts workplace investigations, recommends corrective actions, facilitates grievances, and maintains confidential investigation records. The role requires knowledge of employment laws and collective bargaining agreements, strong communication and critical-thinking skills, and flexibility to work on-site, weekends, holidays, and unusual shifts in a casino environment.
