Lead sanctions compliance for a private banking portfolio: maintain and develop sanctions policies, monitor regulatory developments, perform gap/impact analyses, advise on complex client/transaction cases, run sanctions data analytics, support projects, deliver training, and report to senior management and regulators.

Provide business management support to market leadership covering sales strategy, performance management, KPI/dashboarding, project coordination, governance forums, onboarding clearance, and front-office representation in bank-wide initiatives to drive growth and improve sales processes.

Develop and maintain microservices-based backend systems (Java/Spring) and responsive React frontends. Collaborate with product, design, and QA; implement CI/CD, automate tests, troubleshoot production issues, and drive engineering best practices for wealth and trading workflows.
