Manage client onboarding and ongoing AML/KYC/CDD reviews for private banking clients in ASEAN. Approve new relationships, investigate suspicious activity, liaise with stakeholders, implement controls, and support remediation and training.

Provide on-site sales support and coaching for branch frontline staff in retail life insurance. Collaborate with product teams on sales activities and launches, support branch strategy, conduct joint calls to close deals, host workshops to uplift performance, and ensure compliance/AML knowledge.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research, propose business ideas to improve customer experience and brand recognition for millennials, and support development of presentation materials for internal meetings, proposals, and strategic discussions.
