Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications, microservices, APIs, and event-driven integrations. The role coordinates with finance, compliance, IT, vendors, and customer service teams; investigates payment discrepancies; manages operational risks; reports performance to leadership; and drives process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant remittance operations.

Process and authorize domestic and international remittance transactions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, AML adherence, reconciliation, and SLA performance. Investigate payment exceptions, resolve customer issues, monitor systems, coordinate with IT and vendors, support audits, report operational performance, and improve workflows through automation and process enhancements. The role also requires stakeholder management across finance, compliance, customer service, and senior leadership.
