Lead and conduct AML/CFT investigations for escalated cases, identify red flags, prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), liaise with stakeholders and authorities, perform post-STR reviews, and support ad-hoc AML projects.

Provide legal support to markets and derivatives business across OCBC Group. Draft and negotiate master trading and collateral agreements (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, TMA). Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve legal, credit, tax and operational issues, maintain documentation standards and templates, support regulatory and bank-driven projects, and advise on structured derivatives and product term sheets.

Serve as strategic HR partner to business leaders, delivering talent management, workforce planning, change management, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy advisory, and HR analytics to drive business outcomes within assigned units.
