Identifies deficiencies with Relationship Managers and clients, updates the client onboarding system, and tracks outstanding submissions. Collaborates with Compliance to maintain regulatory alignment and supports controls implementation, error remediation, and process improvements. Requires private or retail banking experience, at least five years in a similar role, strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Lead strategy, portfolio management, development, launches, campaigns, governance, analytics, and lifecycle management for deposit products across branch and digital channels. Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance, partners, and senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, improve performance, and drive business results.

Manage preparation and review of loan paperwork and standard bank documents, vet non-standard facility and security agreements, compile exceptions checklists, follow up with relationship managers and credit admin for documentation completion and disbursement, and provide documentation support and attend legal meetings as needed.
