Implement new features, fix production issues, follow change management, support projects, coordinate vendors, enforce security and regulatory controls, and collaborate with parent bank and internal teams.

Lead delivery and support of Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance technology solutions, liaising between Compliance and IT partners. Manage system changes, enhancements, budgets, timelines, risks, governance, and audits. Drive process improvements, change management, stakeholder communications, and present status to steering committees. Analyze large datasets with SQL and create dashboards using Power BI to support compliance decision-making.
