Drive ERP implementation and process transformation within Group Finance. Gather stakeholder requirements, design ERP reports and AI applications, develop solutions and process documentation, deliver training, mitigate change-related risks, and monitor process effectiveness and adoption.

Design, develop and maintain machine learning and AI models for banking use cases (AML, watchlist/transaction monitoring, fraud detection, document understanding). Ensure data confidentiality and database access controls, collaborate with HQ, follow operational procedures, support model risk assessment, audits, compliance, and complete required trainings on schedule.

Advises investment clients, manages and deepens client relationships, grows portfolios and market share, achieves revenue targets, executes client instructions, develops new business, and maintains service quality. The role requires strong communication, business acumen, investment product knowledge, and fluency in English and Chinese or another second language.
