Manage a nursing unit delivering resident care, act as primary family contact, address and prevent family concerns, support staff development, and ensure clinical standards and a clean, efficient workplace.

Provide direct patient care on a Baylor schedule: administer medications, monitor patients for side effects, record vital signs and medical information, and prescribe/fit assistive medical devices. Work primarily weekend shifts with mentorship, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, clean facility.
