Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care facility. Administer medications, perform wound care, conduct physical assessments and diagnostic tests, and support resident treatment plans. Full- and part-time shifts available (night and day).

Lead and manage nursing operations in a long-term care/skilled nursing center: oversee clinical staff, ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance, manage budgets, serve as Nursing Home Administrator backup, and use EMR and office software to support care delivery and staff development.

Provide clinical leadership for a nursing unit: deliver and coordinate resident care, act as primary family liaison, address and prevent family concerns, and support staff development while ensuring care standards and compliance.
