Design, develop, and maintain Talend-based ETL workflows and data pipelines. Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and performance, troubleshoot ETL failures, optimize SQL and ETL jobs, document processes, and support production (L2/L3) deployments.

Lead and manage infrastructure operations for on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring stability, security, and performance. Provide architecture guidance, automate provisioning, run disaster recovery and continuity planning, manage vendor relationships and costs, represent operations in security audits, build KPIs, lead and develop teams, and support on-call rotations to drive operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration.
