Lead and grow a Site Reliability Engineering team to ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of a global SaaS platform. Define reliability strategy, build observability and automation, run incident response and post-incident reviews, manage on-call and follow-the-sun operations, partner with Product and Engineering, and drive reliability improvements, capacity planning, hiring, and reporting to leadership.

Administer and optimize business applications supporting Client Success teams. Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, automations, license coordination, documentation, user adoption, system monitoring, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional project leadership. The role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms, develops scalable improvements, presents system functionality, and partners with engineering and corporate application teams on deployments and enhancements.

Design and execute primary research using surveys, interviews, and focus groups; perform statistical and predictive analyses (regressions, random forests); produce thought leadership, briefs, visualizations, and actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.
