Own and grow either the data engineering or product/web application team. Set technical direction, maintain engineering quality, guide architecture and delivery, mentor and evaluate engineers, hire talent, manage performance, and align engineering outcomes with customer and business goals. The role requires hands-on technical credibility, reliable execution, strong communication, and comfort operating autonomously in an early-stage defense technology company.

Build and own full-stack features across APIs, type systems, frontends, component libraries, and data visualization tools. Collaborate with users to understand workflows, create impactful solutions, and develop innovative AI/ML capabilities for defense acquisition technology. The role requires end-to-end feature ownership, strong full-stack experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
