Lead and scale GTM enablement across sales, technical, and BDR teams by building an enablement operating system that shortens ramp time, improves pipeline generation and win rates, embeds AI-driven personalized coaching, uses call intelligence (e.g., Gong) to drive coaching, hires and develops the enablement team, and aligns cross-functionally to measurably improve rep productivity and deal execution.

Lead and execute People operations including HRIS, payroll partnership, benefits, compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and core People programs. Manage and develop a small People Operations team while serving as HR Business Partner for an assigned group, advising on org design, talent strategy, performance management, and employee relations to drive organizational effectiveness.

The VP, Sales will lead growth in the EMEA region, building a high-performance sales team, fostering customer relationships, and developing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
