Develop and debug embedded Linux systems, low-level firmware, drivers, bootloaders, and control loops for robotic telescopes and space computing platforms. Build passive talent networks, conduct in-depth interviews, manage stakeholder expectations, use recruiting technology, and improve scalable hiring processes. Participate in recruiting initiatives and special projects while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments from planning through delivery. Prepare shipping and customs documentation, track shipments, resolve delays and damages, maintain logistics records, and collaborate with suppliers, carriers, customers, manufacturing, sourcing, sales, and field teams. Support freight-cost review and improve scalable logistics processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
