Develop and maintain QA/QC processes for manufacturing and field installation projects. Inspect electrical installations, interpret drawings and standards, coordinate equipment testing, conduct audits, prepare inspection and quality documentation, manage non-conformance reports, and support corrective and preventive actions. The role also evaluates vendors, communicates quality standards, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes continuous improvement across shop and field operations.

Organize and manage multiple cooling technology projects from design and procurement through construction and closeout. Coordinate sales, engineering, drafting, safety, construction, accounting, vendors, and field crews. Track schedules, costs, forecasts, profitability, change orders, invoices, ERP entries, and monthly billing. Prepare construction packages, monitor field progress, resolve material and customer issues, oversee safety documentation, and support estimating, bidding, marketing, and drawing production. Work occurs in office, industrial, and field environments.

Leads BIM model development and management for large-scale mission-critical projects. Oversees architectural BIM processes, quality control, workshops, deliverables, clash detection, spatial data coordination, and multidisciplinary integration. Collaborates with architects, engineers, technicians, and project managers to meet schedules while independently coordinating smaller projects. The role also supports BIM process improvement, communicates design technology concepts, and helps maintain high-quality project outputs.
