Teams at OBR Cooling Towers, LLC

Oversee regional health, safety, environmental, and quality programs across Eastern U.S. operations. Conduct field audits, inspections, incident investigations, safety orientations, and OSHA compliance activities. Develop site safety plans, JSAs, THAs, safe work procedures, and inspection test plans. Track corrective actions and non-conformance reports, train and mentor personnel, manage safety equipment, and support project teams and customer EHS requirements. The role is remote but requires approximately 50% frequent travel to industrial and construction sites.

Leads BIM model development and management for large-scale mission-critical projects. Oversees architectural BIM processes, quality control, workshops, deliverables, clash detection, spatial data coordination, and multidisciplinary integration. Collaborates with architects, engineers, technicians, and project managers to meet schedules while independently coordinating smaller projects. The role also supports BIM process improvement, communicates design technology concepts, and helps maintain high-quality project outputs.

Drives revenue and profit growth for cooling tower services in the Northwest U.S. Territory. Builds customer relationships, acquires new business, conducts site inspections, assesses repair and upgrade needs, prepares estimates and proposals, supports project management, coordinates jobs and crews, provides technical support, and collaborates with engineering, construction, safety, quality, and accounting teams. The role requires regional travel, customer presentations, administrative documentation, and safety and quality planning.
