Supports sales by providing technical expertise on backup storage and data protection solutions. Leads customer and partner presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concept implementations, technical qualification, and solution design. Enables partners through training, supports customer meetings, develops cybersecurity ecosystem relationships, and participates in events and webinars. The role requires strong knowledge of data protection, storage, networking, virtualization, and Veeam technologies, along with Italian and English fluency and regular travel.

Develop and maintain AWS-based backend services for fleet management, telemetry processing, monitoring, and visualization. Design DynamoDB architectures, build scalable Node.js microservices, configure message brokers, and deploy containerized applications in ECS. Manage EC2, LightSail, load balancers, autoscaling, routing, and observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS Timestream.

Drive revenue growth across a two-tier technology partner network in the Northeastern United States. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding channel partners, expanding existing accounts, conducting business reviews, executing sales and marketing campaigns, managing pipeline and forecasts, achieving partner revenue targets, and providing market intelligence. The role requires frequent collaboration with distributors, channel partners, and sales teams, plus travel up to 50% of the time.
