Provide technical support for Object First/Veeam backup storage: diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues, guide customers on configuration and best practices, document fixes and RCAs, build/validate lab procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

Provide technical sales support for Object First products: run demos and PoCs, qualify opportunities, enable partners, build customer relationships, develop technical solutions, represent the product at events, and engage local cybersecurity ecosystem.
