Provide technical support for backup storage products by diagnosing software and hardware issues, guiding customer configurations, conducting root cause analyses, documenting resolutions, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors. The role requires expertise in Veeam products, virtualization, cloud environments, Ubuntu Linux, Windows Server, server hardware, and backup security, along with English and Italian proficiency.
