Creates and adapts branded assets using Figma component libraries, design systems, Adobe Creative Suite, Contentful, and Shopify. Maintains photography and design libraries, performs quality checks, updates templates, and collaborates with writers, marketing leads, and vendors to deliver accurate, on-brand digital experiences.

Maintain a visible security presence at the Obama Presidential Center, patrol assigned areas, monitor surveillance and access systems, screen and assist guests, enforce security policies, protect exhibits, and respond to emergencies. Coordinate with law enforcement, document incidents, conduct risk assessments, participate in drills, and provide a welcoming, safe environment for visitors and staff. Responsibilities include managing the contract management system and legal file system, responding to legal inquiries, coordinating contract reviews, maintaining policies and trackers, supporting regulatory reporting and training, managing outside counsel documentation, and preparing materials for internal, board, and executive meetings.

Leads the Obama Foundation’s Southeast fundraising program, managing a portfolio of approximately 100 major-gift prospects. Builds relationships with six- and seven-figure donors, develops cultivation and stewardship strategies, secures major gifts, manages volunteers, supports executive and principal engagement, plans regional fundraising travel and events, expands the prospect pipeline, prepares personalized fundraising materials, and uses Salesforce data to track performance and improve development operations.

Lead fundraising across the Pacific Northwest and Northern California by managing a portfolio of 100+ major-gift prospects, cultivating and soliciting six- and seven-figure gifts, expanding the pipeline, and developing donor engagement strategies. Build relationships with donors, volunteers, executives, and regional partners; plan events and executive travel; oversee stewardship materials and proposals; and use Salesforce and data-driven moves management to achieve fundraising goals.

Leads fundraising across Northern California by managing a portfolio of 100+ major-gift prospects, cultivating donor and board relationships, securing six- and seven-figure gifts, expanding the prospect pipeline, and executing stewardship and regional fundraising events. Partners with executives, volunteers, development operations, and regional fundraisers; plans leadership travel; develops personalized proposals and collateral; and uses Salesforce metrics to improve fundraising effectiveness.

Manages gift and pledge processing, donor database maintenance, reconciliations, acknowledgments, reporting, and fundraising analytics. Creates Salesforce reports and campaigns, maintains data integrity, documents workflows, tests system enhancements, troubleshoots database issues, collaborates with Finance, IT, and vendors, trains Development staff, and responds to donor inquiries.
