Provides onsite end-user IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, connectivity, and user access issues. Configures and deploys computers, mobile devices, peripherals, applications, updates, and security tools. Manages helpdesk tickets, Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Windows environments, accounts, permissions, and documentation. Supports IT projects, installations, upgrades, process improvements, and cross-functional technical resolution. The contract lasts 3–6 months, with onsite work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays.

Lead and grow affiliate and creator partnership programs, manage sampling and gifting operations, support social commerce and paid media setup, compile cross-channel performance reporting, coordinate with agencies, monitor fraud and brand protection, and identify new partnership opportunities to drive incremental revenue and meet ROAS and commission targets.
