Owns client audit engagements, reviews and signs off on AI-generated audit work, makes evidence and risk judgments, maintains audit methodology, and defines quality standards for AI workflows. The role leads complex engagements, explains AI-generated work to clients, tracks AICPA standards, designs AI evaluations, builds technology-enabled audit modules, mentors accounting engineers, and helps determine when AI-assisted procedures are ready for client use.

Perform and manage financial statement audits while reviewing AI-generated audit outputs, identifying errors and edge cases, and improving AI workflows, prompts, quality frameworks, and documentation. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, ensure compliance with GAAS, PCAOB, and IAASB standards, engage clients, manage deadlines, and help develop audit automation best practices.

Own product outcomes for an AI-powered financial verification platform. Build and ship AI features, agents, and workflows hands-on; run measurable experiments; organize engineering and design delivery cycles; shape ambiguous ideas into scoped bets; and define product goals and metrics with the audit and verification team. The role requires strong organization, startup experience, urgency, autonomy, and disciplined execution.
