Lead and manage the Statewide TOP program, supervising managers and support staff; oversee training, consultation, data collection, contracting, budgeting, fidelity monitoring, and stakeholder outreach to ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across sites.

Provide executive-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the President & CEO. Manage priorities, prepare briefings and Board materials, coordinate governance and Board activities, track action items and strategic initiatives, draft executive communications, and represent the Office with discretion and professionalism.
