Directs the organization’s grants portfolio, including prospect research, proposal development, submissions, reporting, compliance, funder stewardship, and funding strategy. Coordinates internal and contracted grant resources, manages pipelines and deadlines, maintains audit-ready records, and partners with program, finance, and executive teams. Supports outcomes measurement, government funding requirements, organizational sustainability, and equity-centered youth services.
