Teams at Oasis Center

Provide housing navigation, case management, and supportive services to 15–20 young adults experiencing homelessness. Use housing-first, trauma-informed, positive youth development, and motivational interviewing approaches to help clients secure permanent housing and build self-sufficiency. Responsibilities include housing plans, life-skills and budgeting support, referrals, conflict resolution, transportation, community collaboration, and timely documentation in HMIS and Salesforce.
