Build and manage funding applications for an online trading platform, modernizing architecture, improving performance, and expanding payment options. Collaborate within an international Scrum team alongside full-stack, front-end, React Native, architecture, and UX professionals. Coordinate core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, leave, benefits, mobility, compensation updates, and offboarding. Handle HR inquiries, maintain confidential employee records in Workday, support managers, document procedures, ensure local compliance, improve workflows, and assist with HR tool implementations and change management. The role requires English and Polish fluency and operates in a hybrid Krakow-based team.

Build and maintain secure onboarding forms and registration workflows using React.js and Python FastAPI. Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs, own development tasks through deployment, write clean and testable code, debug cloud-based systems, and collaborate across international teams. The role also involves improving system architecture, applying software engineering best practices, and using AI-assisted development tools.
