The Tech Lead will oversee software architecture and infrastructure, manage an engineering team, and ensure technical project delivery while collaborating with product and design leads.

Implement and maintain test strategy and plans, perform manual end-to-end testing of web applications, ensure product quality and release readiness, collaborate with Tech Lead and Product Manager, create test documentation, measure quality metrics, and drive QA lifecycle and launch checklists.

Design and deliver digital products and websites from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Managers, conduct user research, craft visual direction, ensure UX/UI consistency, contribute to documentation, and explore emerging AI technologies.
