Lead a small engineering team (3–7 engineers) to own architecture, infrastructure, and delivery of B2B web and mobile products. Act as hands-on tech lead: mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design, conduct code reviews, refine roadmaps, select technologies, and improve development processes while applying AI tools to boost productivity.
