Manage large-scale commercial landscape construction projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing construction teams, clients, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, billing, change orders, safety, quality, labor, equipment, risk mitigation, and site progress. The role requires coordinating stakeholders, inspecting field work, preparing reports and WIP updates, resolving issues, and mentoring project personnel while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Develop territory sales strategies to generate leads, conduct on-site consultations, prepare proposals, and close contracts for tree and shrub care. Maintain client relationships, collaborate with operations and arborists, track CRM data, attend industry events, and report results. Ensure service delivery and stay current on industry trends and local tree health issues.
