Lead the Arbor Division to drive sales growth and operational excellence. Build and maintain client relationships, generate new business, conduct on-site consultations, prepare proposals, collaborate with operations teams, maintain CRM data, attend industry events, and ensure safety and service quality across the Los Angeles territory.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and a team of 6+, oversee month-end close, job costing, billing, AP/AR/GL, WIP schedules, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance, improve processes, support field operations on cost control, and enforce payroll and prevailing wage requirements.

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and maintain client accounts for arboriculture services. Conduct on-site consultations, prepare proposals, collaborate with operations, maintain CRM data, attend industry events, and ensure client satisfaction while growing territory revenue.
