The Operations Lending Associate will manage loan booking operations, ensure compliance with documentation, coordinate with teams, and enhance operational efficiency in a fast-paced bank environment.

Conduct AML/KYC CDD quality assurance reviews for new and existing commercial customers, provide high-quality feedback to onboarding teams, maintain AML/KYC regulatory knowledge, support QC Lead on transformation, identify process improvements, and perform BAU and project tasks to ensure consistent onboarding standards.

The role involves supporting technology and cybersecurity audits, documenting findings, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing audit processes through data analysis and automation.
