The role focuses on enhancing People Operations through automation, data architecture, and AI. Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, managing systems integration, data quality, and driving technical direction for People Insights and AI initiatives.

Work with finance professionals supporting financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, account reconciliations, regulatory filings, treasury packs, accounts payable, and finance operations. Participate in rotations across finance verticals, support special projects and ad-hoc tasks during an 11-month, on-site internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

The role involves supporting technology and cybersecurity audits, documenting findings, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing audit processes through data analysis and automation.
