Creates and manages social media and marketing content for independent senior living communities. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, capturing and editing photos and short-form videos, interviewing residents and staff, managing social platforms, analyzing campaign performance, maintaining brand standards, obtaining content releases, and supporting marketing events, inquiries, tours, referrals, and occupancy goals. The role travels between communities and builds trusted relationships with residents, families, and leadership.
