Oversee all day-to-day operations of a senior living community, manage staffing, budgets, occupancy, regulatory compliance, resident care standards, and community relations. Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise staff while ensuring quality assisted living and dementia care and meeting company performance goals.

Support the Marketing Department with administrative tasks: organize and manage events, handle inbound inquiries, conduct tours, qualify prospects, assist with move-ins, maintain marketing records, and represent the community at events and outreach activities.

Drive lead generation and manage prospects through tours and follow-up to achieve occupancy targets. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, run events, and build community and professional relationships to increase referrals.
