Provides licensed nursing care and medication management for senior living residents. Coordinates medical, dental, vision, hearing, podiatry, pharmacy, and prescription needs; administers treatments and medications; supports medication technicians; assists with assessments; monitors resident health; communicates with families, physicians, and agencies; documents care; and participates in shift-change reporting.

Generates and manages leads, qualifies prospective senior living residents, conducts community tours, and guides families through the move-in process. Develops marketing strategies with executive leadership, drives occupancy targets, coordinates prospect events, and builds relationships with community organizations and professional groups. Requires strong communication, organization, follow-up, sales or marketing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manages the senior living community’s daily operations, staffing, performance, scheduling, regulatory compliance, occupancy, budget, and resident experience. The role supervises employees, represents the community, supports residents and families, manages financial performance, and ensures adherence to assisted living, dementia care, health, and safety standards.
