Lead and coach the automotive sales team, manage showroom traffic and customer opportunities, structure deals, monitor leads and performance metrics, oversee trades and inventory processes, and drive market share and gross profit. The role also supports desking, floor management, BDC coordination, staff development, accountability, and dealership operations in a fast-paced environment.

Manages automotive finance and insurance processes from sales handoff through contract funding. Presents finance products, structures deals, secures lender approvals, prepares accurate paperwork, ensures compliance, and maintains lender relationships. The role balances dealership profitability with customer satisfaction while supporting sales teamwork and dealership growth. Candidates should have automotive F&I experience or related finance, sales, banking, or dealership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Support dealership accounting and office teams by processing new vehicle inventory paperwork, maintaining and filing deal jackets and documents, managing vehicle keys, filing electronic liens, and performing general administrative tasks to keep operations accurate and efficient.
