Structured 6–8 week training program starting in the Sales BDC to teach CRM management, customer communication, appointment setting, product knowledge, test drives, and the full automotive sales process. Trainees receive coaching, role-play, shadowing, and progression opportunities into a Sales Consultant role upon demonstrated competency.

Hands-on rotational internship across Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Sales Management. Interns support customer interactions, learn dealership CRM and finance paperwork, assist inventory merchandising, track performance metrics, shadow leadership, attend trainings, and perform day-to-day dealership operational tasks while developing communication, leadership, and sales skills.
