Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, closing processes, cash management, internal controls, compliance, and risk management across a multi-dealership automotive group. Lead dealership accounting teams, standardize DMS and reporting practices, resolve discrepancies, improve efficiency, and provide financial insights to executive leadership, manufacturers, lenders, and ownership.

Structured 6-8 week training program starting in the Sales BDC to develop customer communication, CRM management, appointment setting, product knowledge, and dealership processes. Trainees shadow sales staff, participate in coaching and role-play, and progress toward a Sales Consultant role by demonstrating competency across the full automotive sales process.

Processes vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, lien paperwork, and related documentation for dealership sales. Verifies customer, tax, and deal information; submits documents to DMV offices, lenders, and state agencies; maintains title and accounting records; tracks outstanding work; resolves discrepancies; and communicates with customers and dealership partners. Supports wholesale title processing and additional administrative or accounting responsibilities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and deadlines.
