Structured 6-8 week entry-level training program in dealership Sales BDC progressing to sales floor. Trainees learn customer communication, CRM lead management, appointment setting, product knowledge, test drives, and full sales process through coaching, role-play, shadowing, and manufacturer training with goal of transitioning into a Sales Consultant role.

Hands-on rotational internship across Sales, Finance & Insurance, and Sales Management. Interns assist with customer communication, vehicle presentations, test drives, deal paperwork, CRM usage, inventory merchandising, sales tracking, and leadership shadowing. Participate in meetings, training, and mentorship while supporting daily dealership operations and learning finance, compliance, and management fundamentals.
