The Employment Specialist supports individuals seeking employment by assisting with skill development, job searches, and providing ongoing support once employed.

Provide in-office IT operational support: troubleshoot user issues, provision access and hardware, maintain systems and backups, manage vendor contracts, produce reports/KPIs, assist planning and technology strategy, and collaborate with leadership to identify and implement cost-effective solutions and ensure data safety and compliance.
