Supervise and mentor nursing staff (LPNs, MAs, support staff); manage schedules, staffing, and workflows; onboard and evaluate staff; oversee supplies, medications, and vaccine storage/compliance; facilitate nursing education and meetings; provide clinical guidance and hands-on patient care as needed.

Provide direct patient care as part of the clinical team: rooming patients, vitals, med reconciliation, in-house labs and procedures, immunizations, EHR documentation, medication prior-authorizations, stock and sanitize exam rooms, and participate in quality and staff activities.

Provide early childhood development interventions, consultations, and follow-up for families with children 0-3 within pediatric primary care. Conduct well-child visits, developmental and behavioral screenings, brief psychosocial interventions, crisis support, referral and care coordination, data tracking for grants, community engagement, and program development. Collaborate with providers, participate in reflective supervision, and facilitate caregiver groups as needed.
