Leads business development strategy and team performance across the post-acute and long-term care market. Builds strategic partnerships, identifies growth opportunities, collaborates with the CEO and cross-functional teams, improves operational processes, develops marketing resources, represents the company brand, and promotes customer satisfaction and employee development. Frequent in-state travel and periodic out-of-state travel are required.

Build and maintain relationships with post-acute and long-term care facilities, identify business opportunities, conduct facility visits, support partner communication and training, coordinate vendor events, and collaborate on marketing and operational initiatives. The role requires territory travel, regular activity reporting, strong organization, communication skills, and healthcare or business development experience.
