Leads the school’s human resources function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, retention, policies, investigations, and offboarding. Partners with senior leadership and legal counsel, manages employment eligibility and benefits programs, oversees employee records and training, and advises administrators on employment practices and regulatory requirements.

Lead and execute school-wide marketing and communications strategy, shape institutional voice, manage brand standards, oversee digital and print channels, direct social media and media relations, produce photography/video and publications, supervise marketing staff, manage budgets, and analyze performance to support advancement and enrollment goals.
