Teams at Oak Hall School

Assists the Director of Buildings and Grounds with maintaining school buildings, grounds, equipment, and facilities. Supervises and performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and general repairs. Operates maintenance machinery, supports furniture and event setups, follows safety procedures, and provides school-wide customer service. The role involves extensive outdoor work, ladder climbing, physical labor, and exposure to weather, mechanical equipment, chemicals, noise, and other maintenance hazards.

Support lead Lower School teachers by assisting with classroom management, administrative tasks, and student engagement for preschool–5th grade. Foster a nurturing, joyful learning environment, collaborate with faculty, and help implement whole-child educational practices.

Lead and execute school-wide marketing and communications strategy, shape institutional voice, manage brand standards, oversee digital and print channels, direct social media and media relations, produce photography/video and publications, supervise marketing staff, manage budgets, and analyze performance to support advancement and enrollment goals.
