Teams at Oak Farms Dairy

Receives raw milk and cream shipments, performs tanker and silo clean-in-place procedures, collects product samples, verifies tanker weights and milk temperatures, maintains accurate records, and reports food safety or quality issues. The role requires compliance with GMP, sanitation, health and safety regulations, and corporate quality standards while working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Pulls, stacks, receives, stores, and distributes products according to customer orders. Maintains product organization, rotation, quality, and accurate inventory counts while completing production, quality, and load documentation. Supports preventative maintenance and continuous improvement activities. Follows food safety, sanitation, GMP, SOP, health, and safety requirements, reports issues, and works effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Installs, monitors, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, motor controls, frequency drives, and plant utility equipment. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnoses downtime issues, supports equipment installations, maintains CMMS records and parts inventories, conducts safety inspections, documents procedures, and trains technicians and operators. Requires industrial electrical or PLC experience, technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, and the ability to work independently while supporting production, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
