Design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native back-end services on Azure using event-driven, serverless, and containerised patterns. Own production deployments, monitoring, and reliability. Use SQL, Terraform, and CI/CD, shape architecture, resolve technical debt, and mentor peers.

The Director of Cloud Engineering will lead a distributed engineering team, define cloud strategy, and support transformation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders.

Lead a distributed team of 4–6 engineers and SDETs to design, build, and operate near-real-time flight status data ingestion and processing on Databricks. Drive execution, roadmap delivery, technical health, cross-functional coordination, hiring, and continuous improvement to enable the platform.
