OAC Technology has provided managed IT services, help desk support and cybersecurity to small and mid-sized businesses across Minneapolis, St. Paul and the Twin Cities suburbs since 2000. Founder Adam Claude still runs the company, and independent auditors have examined it under SOC 2 every year since 2018. Support is remote first, with technicians on site when a problem needs hands on a machine. Clients get a help desk, around-the-clock monitoring, patching and server management for a published monthly rate per device, with no long-term contract and no minimum. Optional security layers include SentinelOne antivirus, Huntress managed detection and response, email filtering, Microsoft 365 backups and security awareness training. We also handle IT consulting, network and server support, cloud backups, phone systems, and server hosting and colocation in our own Minneapolis data center.
