Perform and develop in vitro ADME/DMPK assays, develop LC-MS/MS analytical methods, analyse data, manage lab operations and CRO relationships. Lead and mentor a DMPK team, provide scientific strategy, manage projects, budgets, and stakeholder communications to support drug discovery.

Develop and optimize LC-MS and preparative HPLC methods for NCEs, perform purification and characterization, operate and troubleshoot instruments, ensure calibration, work shift schedules, mentor junior scientists, and collaborate with chemistry teams to deliver analytical data.
