Reviews and evaluates contractor baseline and monthly construction schedules, monitors critical paths, analyzes delays and time impact claims, maintains owner and master schedules, and develops resource-loaded, cost-loaded reporting tools. The role supports multiple large-scale aviation and construction projects, forecasts schedule and cost impacts, prepares management briefings, coordinates with contractors and third-party schedulers, and recommends mitigation strategies for risks, variances, and project overruns.

Provides onsite Tier 1 IT help desk support for airport development operations. Troubleshoots PC hardware, Windows systems, network connectivity, VPN, and Microsoft 365 issues; manages incidents, service tickets, installations, deployments, relocations, and staff onboarding/offboarding. Supports events, trains users, documents outages, and escalates issues as needed. Requires mobility across airport sites, occasional shift flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 40 pounds.

Manage public works recovery and rebuild capital projects from programming through close-out, including scope, budget, schedule, design, permitting, construction, stakeholder coordination, and change orders. A GIS-focused variant develops and maintains ArcGIS and Power BI dashboards, spatial databases, maps, reports, and integrated project data systems while supporting public-facing analysis and data requests.
