18-month, full-time Manager-in-Training program providing rotational hands-on experience across Rooms, Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering. Participants receive mentorship, foundational leadership training, and cross-departmental coaching to develop supervisory skills, communication, conflict resolution, and readiness for departmental leadership roles.

Sell and secure contracted hotel business by prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracts. Prepare RFPs and corporate rate proposals, track opportunities in SalesPro/Delphi, develop sales action plans, attend trade shows and daily reviews, perform competitive analysis, and maintain community relationships. Coordinate with hotel teams to meet business plan goals and report on results while supporting company culture and policies.

Lead and manage hotel sales to meet revenue goals. Recruit, train, and coach sales staff; develop sales and marketing plans; manage budgets, forecasts, and reports; drive food & beverage marketing; collaborate with property leadership, participate in revenue meetings, represent the company in the community, and ensure compliance with credit and audit procedures.
