Serve as the CHRO’s primary deputy and strategic HR partner in a safety-sensitive construction environment. Oversee employee benefits, ERISA fiduciary governance, compliance, compensation, performance management, talent development, workforce culture, executive advising, audits, investigations, and organizational change. Mentor HR staff and support succession planning while partnering with ownership and senior leaders on complex workforce and risk matters.

Leads daily accounting operations, supervises and develops accounting staff, oversees month-end and year-end close, maintains the general ledger, prepares and reviews financial statements, manages accounting for multiple subsidiaries, strengthens internal controls, coordinates audits, and supports accounting system improvements and process initiatives.

Support day-to-day accounting and finance functions including preparing and posting journal entries, month-end close tasks, account reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed asset/depreciation schedules, monthly sales tax filings, bookkeeping, variance research, and providing administrative support to the finance team.
