Manages daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, and month-end and year-end close. Prepares audit workpapers, tax and regulatory filings, fixed asset schedules, and financial records while ensuring GAAP compliance. Supports process improvements and special projects.

Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, reporting, planning, projections, audits, and indirect tax matters for multiple affiliated entities. Coordinate with external tax advisors and legal counsel, monitor tax law changes, support acquisitions and restructurings, manage tax records and cash-flow planning, and identify strategic tax opportunities.

Support day-to-day accounting and finance functions including preparing and posting journal entries, month-end close tasks, account reconciliations, financial reporting, fixed asset/depreciation schedules, monthly sales tax filings, bookkeeping, variance research, and providing administrative support to the finance team.
