The role also provides DoD design subject matter expertise and requires occasional project-site travel.

Manage multidisciplinary architecture and engineering projects for military and federal clients. Responsibilities include defining scope, developing schedules and budgets, preparing fee proposals, conducting client meetings and site visits, monitoring quality and contract compliance, managing multiple task orders, and maintaining stakeholder relationships. The role also involves mentoring team members, identifying project deviations, and implementing corrective actions.

Design mechanical HVAC systems and related controls for commercial, healthcare, federal, and other building projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, apply building codes and standards, supervise system installation, prepare estimates and specifications, attend client meetings, support project scoping, and collect field data. The role requires proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Trane TRACE 700, plus a Mechanical Engineering degree and professional engineering licensure.
