Handle incoming internet and phone leads, respond professionally to emails, guide customers in vehicle selection, set appointments for demonstrations, follow up using CRM, and meet sales quotas. Perform other duties and maintain high customer service standards.

Sell new and used vehicles on a commission basis; maintain CRM with daily prospecting and call activity; greet and assist customers; manage vehicle delivery paperwork and licensing; keep showroom and lot organized; follow sales department procedures; meet daily goals and collaborate with management and team. Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
