Supports dealership sales by preparing legal documents, arranging vehicle financing and leases, verifying compliance and insurance, collecting payments and registration materials, selling aftermarket protection products, calculating profits, and completing transaction logs. Requires professional customer service, accurate documentation, regular attendance, extensive standing and walking, a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and successful background and motor vehicle record reviews.

Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory, buy and price cars, lead and train the used car sales team, drive sales and CSI, meet monthly quotas (100 cars), perform inventory inspections, recruit and coach staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Sell new and used vehicles on a commission basis, maintain CRM with daily prospecting and call logs, provide excellent customer service, handle vehicle delivery paperwork, keep showroom and lot organized, follow sales procedures, and complete background and driving-record checks.
