Leads change integration and business readiness across a portfolio of concurrent strategic initiatives. The role assesses cumulative impacts, organisational capacity, sequencing, operational readiness, adoption, and benefits realisation. It advises senior leaders, governs readiness activities, coordinates cross-functional expertise, embeds sustainable change into business-as-usual operations, and leads a high-performing Change and Business Readiness team within NZTA’s Customer & Services group.

Supports NZTA financial, revenue, payment, and customer service systems through project delivery, process improvement, reporting, systems support, issue resolution, and business change initiatives. The role analyzes financial data, reconciles subsidiary and general ledgers, strengthens controls, supports users, improves processes, and collaborates with technology teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders. Some travel may be required.

Provide specialist leadership for project scheduling and controls across national infrastructure programmes. Lead best practice, assurance and coaching, identify critical path risks, improve forecasting, and deliver high-quality schedule insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with project controls, risk and delivery teams and communicate complex schedule information to varied stakeholders.
