Prepare financial statements, budgets, reconciliations, and reports; manage general ledger, fixed assets, CIP projects, loan amortizations, tax filings, and support audits, CFR preparation, and variance analyses to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Provide direct employment support to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities: develop resumes, conduct job searches, prepare clients for interviews, provide onsite job coaching, and assist clients to maintain community employment. Complete required trainings and use a personal vehicle to deliver services.

Manage a Day Habilitation team to ensure efficient, policy-compliant operations. Supervise staff, provide leadership, make decisions, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, complete documentation, and perform physical tasks supporting program participants during weekday daytime hours.
