Oversee janitorial operations, customer service, supervisors, and frontline staff. Ensure policy adherence, safety, consistent treatment, staff support, and service quality across the department. Respond to and resolve after-hours emergencies as required by contracts, while maintaining a positive workplace culture and supporting employee development.

Provides supported employment services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Conducts assessments, develops resumes, performs job searches, prepares clients for interviews, provides job coaching, and supports successful employment retention. Maintains a caseload and delivers services through OPWDD and ACCES-VR programs. Requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, required certifications, Microsoft Office knowledge, and relevant education or experience.

Develops and coordinates on-site and community-based recreational activities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Promotes inclusion, independence, skill development, and personal choice while maintaining a safe, supportive environment. May transport participants to and from programs and activities. Requires strong communication, organization, creativity, compassion, confidentiality, physical capability, and a valid driver’s license.
