Manage Day Habilitation and Respite/Drop-In program operations and staff, ensuring compliance with agency policies and documentation. Supervise teams, maintain confidentiality, communicate with people supported and staff, make decisions, and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs). Position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.
