Supports Digital Experience Center operations across multiple financial institution clients. Configures and administers CCaaS platforms, IVR routing, conversational AI, electronic forms, knowledge content, reporting, and vendor cases. Assists with client implementations, testing, documentation, release reviews, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization. The role requires careful validation, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of accurate client-facing operational assets in a remote environment.

Leads Nymbus’s Origination product domain, including digital deposit account opening, lending, credit cards, onboarding, integrations, risk controls, and conversion optimization. Owns product strategy, roadmap, commercial outcomes, platform performance, and squad delivery. Partners with executives, clients, engineering, architecture, UX, risk, compliance, sales, and implementation teams. Builds and develops product talent while applying AI-first practices to research, discovery, workflow improvement, decisioning, fraud prevention, and product delivery.

Owns analyst and consultant relations, industry PR, named-account marketing, product positioning, marketing technology, and performance measurement for a relationship-driven fintech business. The role manages executive communications, customer advocacy, events activation, agency partners, budget, and the Events Manager. It also integrates AI into marketing strategy and workflows while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Client Partnership, and executive leadership.
